Edited Unassigned: Need a later version of phantom bundled with Chutzpah [107]

Hi there,

I just came across a Date-related problem running a test in Chutzpah on the console that turned out to be a problem with the version 1.7 of phantom bundled with Chutzpah that is now fixed in phantom 1.8:

Is it possible to either upgrade the phantom bundled with Chutzpah or provide an option to use a different phantom version?
