When using Chutzpah with RequireJS, Chutzpah does not understand the baseurl in the requirejs config file, so when it generates the path to run tests, it doesn't use it.
A workaround exists which is to not use the baseUrl, but instead just tell Chutzpah where to place the test harness. This is done by setting the TestHarnessDirectory property within the chutzpah.json file.
A suggestion has been made to fix Chutzpah by allowing you to specify a relative AMD baseurl separately to Chutzpah in the chutzpah.json file. This would mean you would specify it in both the chutzpah.json and requirejs config files.
