Created Unassigned: JS tests discovered by Chutzpah are not avaliable in the VS associate automated test to a TFS test case [234]

If you open a TFS test case in VS 2013 - you have the ability to associate an automated test to the test case.
Sadly the list shows does not show tests discovered by Chutzpah (it does show c# tests) although they do appear in the test explorer
