Created Issue: Phantomjs.exe Not valid and not tests are find. [104]

I got an error for phantomjs.exe.

It can't be opened for .NET, and not valid. Is it the anti-virus blocking phantomjs.exe? It can't see the test build detected any test file when queue a new build.
