Commented Unassigned: Chutzpah 2.3 issue Timeout exception [119]

This exception doesn't doesn't show every time. Not sure why this happens!

Comments: Could you upload a sample zip that contains a repro of this issue? This way I can easily validate and figure out the issue? Also, does this repro with version 2.4?
