I have set the TestHarnessDirectory directory to a custom folder, allowing for easy exclusion from source control. When tests are run on Typescript only the html pages are placed in the directory and not the generated JS files.
Even when a compiled JS files is present Chutzpah still generates its own temporary file and places it alongside the Typescript file, for this reason I believe the generated files should by stored in the TestHarnessDirectory.
I am keen to contribute to the project. If everything above sounds like a good idea I will create a fork and start work.
